The good news: Bane, Bronx, & Blossom were all adopted into loving homes.
The not so good news: each of these dogs needed surgery. Unfortunately this left us with a $5800 vet bill.
The reality of rescue is not every dog that comes to us can just be loved until they find their new home. Some need extra care & we will certainly do our absolute best to make sure they are healthy enough for when their adoption day comes. We just took in 15 more dogs & we are crossing our fingers that all of them are healthy.
