Welcome to our 20th Business Bark Out featuring Prohibition Barbers! Located in Northeast Minneapolis right down the street from Indeed Brewing, owner Christopher Pomeleo has created one of the most unique barber shops in Minneapolis. It is Veteran owned & operated and, speaking from personal experience, it’s so much more than just a place to get a great haircut. Prohibition Barber, LLC is somewhere that welcomes everyone, a place to meet new people and this Bark Out wouldn’t be complete without mentioning his two amazing pit bulls, Bertha and Gandalf. They often greet guests upon arrival and are the sweetest shop dogs ever.
This past weekend
Chris invited us into his shop to host our adoption event/ kissing booth. Our dogs
were meeting people left & right & giving out smooches for donations.
It was especially great because it was Art-A-whirl weekend and, if you live in
Northeast Minneapolis, then you personally know how busy it gets. Chris and his
fellow barber Tim (who is also a pittie owner & advocate) welcomed us into
their shop, helped us set everything up, and gave us everything we needed for our
special day. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout! If you’re
looking for a great haircut and an exceptional experience with some great
